Everyone had so much fun in the Thai Vegan Cooking Class I taught last week! The night was filled with laughter, hands-on cooking, socializing and eating at JAX Cooking Studio.
Excellent job by all learning how to cook plant-based food with no oil. They were surprised how delicious and healthy vegan food can be. I showed the guests how to make Thai pineapple fried rice and how versatile this recipe can be made with leftover rice and any choice of veggies. The class wanted extra spicy so we added jalapeños and chili peppers and lots of herbs.
Guests tasted all the delicious food presented beautifully in trays before going to their stations and cooked Thai dishes.
