Feast for Rabbits Valentine’s Vegan Event

We had so much fun at the Feast for Rabbits Valentine’s Vegan Event at Vernon’s First Coach Kitchen & Bar, in Ponte Vedra Beach at the Sawgrass Marriott. It was a joy to see so many familiar faces who came out to support us and meeting new friends as well.

Chef Riley and his team did an outstanding job with the 5-course Menu, everything was delicious!
Appetizers – Watermelon Soup, Asparagus and Butter Lettuce Quinoa Wraps
1st Course – Caramalized Onion and Roasted Apple, Spiced Bechamel Tassie
2nd Course – Grilled Radicchio Wedge with Smoked Strawberries, Avacado Mousse, Spiced Pecans
3rd Course – Oyster Mushrooms Linguine with Nori dusted Crostini
4th Course- Herb Roasted Cauliflower with Beets and Pan jus
Dessert – Red Velvet Bread Pudding with cream cheese anglaise & drunken Cherries
