She is an author of many cookbooks, has her own cooking shows @foodnetworkca, is known as the spice goddess and a passionate advocate for simple and healthy Indian-inspired cooking. Had a great conversation with her about her signature recipes and my love for indian-fusion cooking. Her story is truly inspiring.
